“Artificial Intelligence (AI) and HR”

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way human resources conducts business. AI is being used to reduce human bias, increase efficiency in candidate assessment, improve relationships with employees, improve compliance, increase adoption of metrics, and improve workplace learning. But we still have much to learn about how it will interface with and impact our people. What we do know is that AI is not going away and it is important for us understand how use it, how it can streamline our work, and the potential pitfalls and risks it brings to the workplace.

Learning Objectives:
  - Define Artificial Intelligence (AI) and discuss its interface with HR applications.
  - Recommend strategies for utilizing AI ethically and effectively in HR processes/tasks.
  - Learn practical tips to get started using AI
