Motivational Speaker, Self-Advocate & Disability Rights Leader

Mark J. Hublar is a nationally recognized motivational speaker and self-advocate, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and helping businesses embrace inclusion. Born with Down syndrome, Mark was once told he would never walk, talk, or work. Today, he is living proof that every person, regardless of ability, deserves a chance to succeed.

A graduate of Jefferson Community Technical College with a degree in Public Speaking, Mark has used his voice to influence disability rights, workforce inclusion, and advocacy efforts. His leadership with organizations like The Arc of Indiana and the "Work to Include" Initiative has helped open doors for individuals with disabilities to find meaningful employment. His work contributed to legislative advancements, including the passage of the ABLE Act.

Mark’s impact has earned him numerous honors, including the "Citizen of the Year" award from Down Syndrome of Louisville and the "Imagine Award" from Rauch, Inc. His powerful journey is also captured in the book, A Miracle Named Mark.
