KEYNOTE - Mark S. Kenny
Presenting “Rediscover Collaboration: Transforming People, Purpose and Progress

Over the past few years, something has shifted. Alignment has unraveled. Teams have become more isolated. And the way we work together has quietly broken down.
The result? Disconnected teams. Diminished engagement. Superficial change. A loss of clarity around people, purpose, and progress.
In this energizing and practical keynote, Mark Kenny helps leaders rediscover collaboration, not as a buzzword, but as a transformational leadership practice.
What many teams call collaboration is really just coordination. It keeps things moving, but it doesn’t build trust, alignment, or progress. That takes something deeper.
With a warm, engaging style that invites honest reflection, Mark guides participants through real conversations, practical insights, and leadership shifts that transform cultures and unlock meaningful progress.
This is more than a leadership talk.
It is a wake-up call and a practical playbook for rebuilding the collaborative culture your people and mission depend on, so you can lead with greater clarity, trust, and momentum.

By the end of this keynote, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify what’s really causing disconnection and misalignment on your team
  • Recognize the difference between true collaboration and surface-level coordination
  • Reflect on your leadership approach and how it impacts team culture and trust
  • Apply a simple framework to align people, strengthen collaboration, and drive progress

Mark Kenny helps teams collaborate in ways they never have before—so decisions stick, execution follows, and real change takes hold.

A former software company founder, Mark saw how organizations often try to solve collaboration issues with tools and systems—instead of through people. Today, he speaks, facilitates retreats, and works as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, guiding them through a practical, people-first approach he calls The Collaboration Transformation Framework.

Mark’s conversational, grounded style delivers real-world strategies leaders can use right away to bridge divides, re-energize teams, and drive lasting alignment and change. Mark is also an author focused on teamwork and collaboration, father of four grown children, and a former high school girls basketball coach.

Colleen Terrell,  presenting "Hiring Smarter, Growing Stronger:  The Power of Personality Assessments"

In this presentation, I discuss why assessments are important in the hiring and development process for a company and what assessments can tell us, focusing on these 8 points:
  1. Primary Personality
  2. Personality Under Pressure
  3. Processing Information
  4. Motivation: Why
  5. Motivation: How
  6. Decision Making
  7. Conflict Management
  8. Problem Solving
Also discusses how different assessments results can be great for certain roles and wrong for others (i.e. An accountant needs different attributes than that of someone in sales)

In this presentation, you will learn:
    1. How to utilize Personality Assessments to hire the right person for the right position.
    2. Eight Insights into personalities that Assessments can reveal and why that is important
    3. What assessments can do for your team culture
