Dave Strange is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 21 years of experience managing HR functions for diverse organizations. Leading teams of up to eight HR professionals and overseeing HR services for up to 5,000 employees, Dave has consistently demonstrated an ability to tackle complex HR challenges with strategic, innovative solutions.

As the owner of Strange HR Consulting, Dave provides outsourced HR services, executive coaching, and team-building solutions to businesses of all sizes. Prior to this, Dave held senior HR roles at ASRC Industrial, where he led the Talent Development strategy across multiple subsidiaries, achieving significant cost reductions and improving training delivery.

Throughout his career, Dave has built expertise in areas such as strategic HR planning, change management, employee relations, talent management, and training development. His proficiency extends to performance management, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, and P&L management, with a focus on fostering team development and accountability.

Dave holds an MBA in Human Resources from Liberty University and several certifications, including Six Sigma Green Belt, Sherpa Executive Coach, and Prosci Change Management. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
