Rawleigh Richardson Sr., Founder/Principal Consultant, HumanKind Consulting LLC
will be presenting "Thriving as an HR of One"

Brief Presentation Description:

Thriving as an HR‑of‑One is a practical, energizing session designed to support solo HR practitioners who are carrying the full weight of people operations on their own. Drawing on real‑world challenges and HumanKind Consulting’s people‑first frameworks, this presentation explores the top pressures HR‑of‑One leaders face—talent shortages, compliance overload, limited capacity, limited technology, and culture fatigue.

Participants learn how to build their HR Board of Directors (their “HR Tribe”), leverage local SHRM chapters for community and legal insight, and use AI as a strategic tool with essential human oversight. The session also introduces the H.U.M.A.N.™ Leadership Model and K.I.N.D.™ Workflow, two practical frameworks that simplify HR work while keeping people at the center. Through a hands-on simulation challenge, attendees practice applying free resources, ethical AI use, and peer collaboration to real HR scenarios.

This presentation equips HR-of-One professionals with clarity, confidence, and community—empowering them to build sustainable systems, reduce burnout, and lead with humanity.
