Sarah Harward is the Leadership Development Training Coordinator at CICG, where she designs and delivers programs that develop leaders and drive organizational results. She has presented to audiences across industries, combining practical expertise with an engaging, interactive style that helps participants translate insights into action. Known for building confidence and empowering teams, she connects learning to meaningful outcomes and inspires attendees to lead with impact. She serves as president of the local chapter of an international non-profit women’s organization. In her free time, Sarah loves spending time with her husband and four children and talking about good books.




Matt Bland, VP Consulting Services

Matt Bland draws on extensive experience in the manufacturing industry to drive operational excellence through Lean methodologies. He specializes in measurable improvements that show up in the bottom line, while creating environments that foster efficiency, innovation, and leadership. Outside of his consulting role, Matt is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 sons.
