This presentation focuses on the role our Ego plays in managing conflict. achieving a more just society, and the struggle to find inner peace in the process.  TCB is based upon the belief to, "In order to influence change in others, you must first be in control of your own Ego."  

Presented by:  Dr. Joe Grant 

Joe Grant is currently an Assistant Professor at University of Louisvillle teaching Law Enforcement, Cultural Intelligence, and Conflict Managementand. Dr. Grant is also a retired, 24 year veteran of law enforcement.  He began his career with the Jeffersonville City Police Department in Indiana and later transferred to Louisville Metro Police Department.
