With 30 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Glen is a people-centric leader who delivers organizational development and performance management solutions that help teams reach their full potential.  He strives to understand people at all levels in an organization to get to the root of every situation, good or bad.  Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and a customer service mentality in all they do empowers employees to perform at their best.  Glen is currently Director of Human Resources for Amatrol in Jeffersonville, Indiana and its affiliated companies, DACW Worldwide in Swedesboro NJ and Bayport Technical in LaPorte TX.  He serves as President Elect for Southern Indiana SHRM (SISHRM) and HR Consultant for nonprofit Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA).  And is a member of several state and national committees including, Indiana Manufacturing Association Employment Law Committee, National Association of Manufacturers Workforce & Education Policy Committee, and Wonscore® Customer Advisory Board.
