Dr. Marilyn Faulkenburg is full time faculty in the Graduate School at Sullivan University and teaches in the Human Resource, Management and Leadership program in the Graduate School.  Marilyn holds a BS degree from Purdue University, MA in Human Resources/Management from Webster University and an Ed.D. in Leadership Education from Spalding University.   She has over 30 years of experience in business and 6 years exclusively in Human Resources. Marilyn has also been involved in SISHRM since its inception and has served as President of the chapter twice.
