Workplace Violence: Preparing for and Recognizing Potential Signs

 Presented by: Dr. Alysa D. Lambert, Ph.D.

Alysa D. Lambert, Ph.D., SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, IN. She received her PhD from the State University of New York at Albany in Organizational Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management. Her major research and teaching interests focus in human resources, specifically in work-life balance issues and improving classroom pedagogy. She has published work in the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Managerial Issues, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Applied Psychology in Criminal Justice. She is an active member of the community mostly recently serving on the board for RBR Alliance supporting individuals with disabilities.
