Michele Koch, Founder of Koch Consulting 

Michele Koch is a coach, consultant, and speaker who works with teams and individuals to elevate their impact, align passions for career and personal growth, and create vibrant cultures that drive business success. 

In addition, Michele currently leads executive development and talent management at Trilogy Health Services. She previously served as Republic Bank’s first Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Culture & People Development Officer, leading such areas as engagement, onboarding, talent development, and DEIB. Prior to joining Republic, Michele held various Human Resources roles with Humana, Siemens, and General Motors.    

Michele earned her BA, BFA, and MBA from Cornell University, holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and is currently completing her International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC certification. She serves on multiple Boards, including Louisville SHRM, where she is the Director of Member Career Development, and the Advisory Board of the University of Louisville’s Center for Positive Leadership. She has been a regular contributor on talent topics with Inc. Media and has been a guest on talent and culture podcasts and webinars as well as a public speaker on numerous HR, culture, talent, and diversity topics at workshops and events.
